LADDER ANCHOR BRACKET INSTRUCTIONS

The Perfect Rail In-Wall Ladder Anchor Bracket is designed to ensure that the ladder anchors are aligned and installed plumb, level and secure. This bracket is mounted to the backside of the top panel flange with the in-wall ladder positioned between the panels after they have been installed .

  1. Unpack the Box:                                                                               
    - Remove all contents from the box.​​​​​

  2. Align the Face bracket:
    - Position the face bracket on the top back flange of the pool panels, ensuring it is centered between the 2-foot in-wall ladder. Level face bracket and mark bolt holes on each side.

  3. Drill Holes:
    - Drill two (2) holes measuring 3/8-inches.

  4. Attach the Face Bracket:                                                                        
    -Secure the face bracket using two (2) 3/8-inch bolts and nuts. Leave them loose for later adjustments.

  5. Install Bracket Arms:
    - Attach both bracket arms to the face bracket using four (4) 3/8-inch bolts and nuts.
    - Adjust the width of the arms as necessary.

  6. Secure the Back Strap:
    - Attach the back strap to the rear of each bracket arm with two (2) 3/8-inch bolts and nuts. Tighten the nuts.

  7. Install Anchors:
    - Affix two (2) anchors to each bracket arm and secure them with four (4) 3/8-inch nuts. Adjust anchors to desired position.

  8. Level and Adjust:
    - LEVEL across anchors and coping and tighten face bracket bolts.

  9. Post Adjustment:                                                                                                            - Additional leveling may be required.

  10. Tighten All Bolts:
    - Once everything is aligned and adjusted, tighten all bolts securely.​
